Bonus funds sit on a sixty day clock from the day they land, and the 35x wagering rarely finishes inside it, so unplayed bonus is removed at the deadline.

Play the largest clearing sessions early

Viperspin Casino needs your documents early

A withdrawal request opens verification, and the documents listed (photo identification, proof of address, card image) can hold your payout for up to 59 hours.

Under the minimum, no credit

Anything under the A$13 minimum deposit never reaches the bonus, so a small first payment leaves you playing with cash only and no credit attached.

Fund at least A$13 in one payment

Recheck the amount before you confirm

Viperspin Casino closes the bonus on cash-out

Cash-out requests made while wagering is unfinished void the remaining bonus, and the cleared portion goes with it, so the work already done is lost.

At Sign-Up

From registration to a cleared bonus

By the last step you will know exactly what the welcome asks of your money.

One Account Only

At the start you give an email address as the login, choose a password and confirm you are 18 or older, and only one account may exist per person.

How much must I deposit?

Next you pay in at least A$13, and the match lands on top, so a deposit above that floor is needed before the 120% counts.

Clear 35x Within 60 Days

Then the playing begins, because 35x must be met inside 60 days, and the balance turns over only through games the terms count.

After the Wagering Ends

Once the wagering is done, a withdrawal can be requested, though identity documents may be checked before the money leaves.

Clears the worry that a bonus quietly locks your own money away.

trustWhat happens when I play without claiming any bonus?+

A session funded from your own balance carries no wagering condition, so winnings are withdrawable once verification is done. Should you take the welcome match, its terms bind only the bonus portion and the winnings won from it. Your deposited funds stay yours to withdraw.

trustWhen will my bonus winnings reach my bank?+

Deciding such things takes one business cycle: a cashout request is reviewed once the wagering is finished and documents are approved. Verification can take up to 59 hours, and payouts then land within about 20 minutes. Requests usually stall because the 35x play-through is unfinished or a card image is missing.

trustWhy does the welcome bonus ask for 35x wagering?+

At 35x, the welcome credit must be played through thirty-five times before anything won on it can leave the account. Each A$1 of bonus therefore asks for A$35 of stakes. Games contribute on their own terms, so the clearer path is to settle on one slot and stay with it.

trustWhy should I check who licenses this casino?+

A licence from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao sits behind the site, numbered OGL/2011/9273/958 and held by Viperspin Casino N.V. under company number 751873. That registration authorises the operation from Willemstad, and both eCOGRA and Gaming Laboratories International audit the games. It is not an Australian licence, since none is issued here.

trustDo I need to finish wagering before the 60 days end?+

You do need to clear the credit inside the window: the welcome package runs for 60 days from the day it is credited. Time spent waiting on documents counts against those days. Anything unwagered when the clock runs out is removed, so check the progress meter rather than the calendar.

trustWhat if a page says I need a promo code?+

Nothing on the bonus pages asks for a promotional code, so no code is issued and none is needed. Claiming runs through the cashier: a qualifying deposit is matched automatically once the offer is selected. If a credit does not appear, support by live chat can trace it against your deposit history.

What Wagering Costs

A sample deposit, followed to the end

The amount to wager is the bonus times 35x, so on a A$150 deposit the A$180 bonus means A$6.300 to play through.
